Campers,
I am very excited that you are attending one of our 2013 camps. Please review the information below. I will send future updates as needed.
STUDENT ID CARD FOR GRADE VERIFICATION
All campers are required to bring their most recent student id card to registration on the first day of the camp for grade verification. Junior camps are limited to students entering 4th-6th grades in the Fall. Standard camps are limited to students entering 7th-12th grades in the Fall.
PARKING AND STUDENT PICK UP AND DROP OFF
Due to the continuing construction of our fabulous new Student Center, the circle will not be open for pick up and drop off. All parking and pick up/drop off should take place in the student and staff lot adjacent to the circle and in front of the two gyms. Remember, we do not offer before or after care. Please arrange for timely pick up and drop off of campers.
TOURNAMENT DAY
Don’t forget that the last day of each camp is Tournament Day. All students must arrive by 8:00 am behind the Commons. Both camps will also end early. Junior Camp will end at 1:00 pm and Standard Camp will end by 2:00 pm. Please plan your pick up and drop off accordingly.
CARPOOLS
It is not too late to post your information on our Carpool tab on the website. Just email your information to me at dmatley@aol.com that you would like posted, and I will post it for you.

Campers,

MONDAY REGISTRATION AND CHECK-IN
For students attending an AM session registration and check-in is at 8:30 am in front of the Theatre.
For students attending PM only registration and check-in is at 12:30 pm in front of the Theatre.
LUNCH
If you are attending full day don’t forget to BRING YOUR LUNCH. We will only have snack items water, and Gatorade available for purchase.
FRIDAY PIZZA AND BBQ
On the first Friday of the camp we will be having a pizza party and movie and the last Friday BBQ hamburgers and veggie-burgers. The cost for each is $5 and must be paid to instructors in advance!
